3. Trim Your Landscaping
Lawns that are overgrown or landscaping that has a lot of overgrowth can be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. They can lay low in the taller grasses or plants during the day and come out during the evening hours. Trim back your landscaping and keep your grass mowed down to keep mosquitoes out of your yard.
